most issues are caused by pop - up blockers
If a course doesn't open within a few seconds it is most likely a "Pop-Up" Blocker.
You might hear a "Beep" to alert you. Look around your screen for a Pop-Up Blocker icon (sometimes it has a number in it) and "Right-Mouse Click" and "Always Allow Pop-Ups" to URC.
Most Pop-Up alert messages are located in a third-party toolbar, like Google or Yahoo, although they may also be located in the lower right corner with your system icons. After you allow Pop-Ups, you must click the "Open" again to launch the course.
you can also hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard while you click the "Open Button"
